Event Production Director

Our client, a leader in delivering large scale B2B professional events, is looking for an Event Development Manager to work across as series of summits, conferences, awards and webinars.
As such, a significate portion of the role will be dedicated to conducting in-depth and meaningful telephone interviews and conversations with potential contributors, speakers and sponsors, in order to put together the best possible programme, as wellas creating an expert advisory board.
You will project manage all operational aspects of the event, working closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure that deliverables such as KPIs and ROI are met.
In addition you will produce high quality content prior to the events, which could include copywriting of topic briefings and press releases.
To be considered you require knowledge of the following:
Conducting contributor research - qualitative, quantitative and analysis
Copywriting - press releases, topic briefings, key information
Project management - overseeing the operational aspect
Liaising with the Sales & Marketing teams - advertising, comms and ROI
Event sponsorship - researching and sourcing
IT packages - Salesforce CRM or MS Dynamics
This role would suit someone who has come from a similar role working on events aimed at a professional or audience. Whilst not essential, knowledge of the healthcare sector would be extremely beneficial.
Offering a basic salary of £50,000 - £55,000 per annum dependent on experience plus benefits which include a generous bonus with the option for hybrid working from their Central London office.
