We are currently working with a company based in Wembley as the exclusive partner to help them find a new Marketing Director for the UK. The company have sizeable store coverage across the UK - normally in areas of high trade/ footfall. You will be focussedon creating a progressive, successful and commercially omni-channel strategy for the company as well as heading up the marketing department. You will have a strong knowledge across all areas this includes a new push towards ecommerce and digital acquisition
- as well as maintaining that productive in-store experience.

What they're looking for:

- Extensive and proven marketing leadership experience
- Experience of any of the following industries - retail, consumer goods, DIY, Home Improvements, property, building, construction (all with B2C/ D2C focus)
- Marketing Qualifications an advantage - CIM/ Diploma/ Degree
- Proven ability to recruit and grow a successful team
- Built and managed effective relationships with marketing a-gencies
- Effective management of budget and strong ROI results
- Effective presentation/ leadership qualities
