Learning and Development Specialist - Care Homes - Based in Bromley with travel included to our care home portfolio.Salary: From £35-£40k and £5,000 car allowance Excelcare has been delivering exceptional care since 1989. With 32 care homes, a home care service based in Tower Hamlets and a busy Support Office in Bromley, we are always looking for dedicated professionals to join our teams throughout London,Essex, Cambridge, and Milton Keynes.This post is subject to compliance with the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) (Amendment) (Coronavirus) Regulations 2021 ("the Regulations"), which requires the post holder to be fully vaccinated againstCovid-19 unless clinically exempt.The Role:As part of your role, you will be producing learning solutions for projects set by the Head of Learning and Development Transformation, meeting with subject matter experts and working collaboratively with the Quality,Governance and L&D Team to develop the training program. You will ensure high quality training and learning resources are delivered by attending L&D meetings to review training being provided throughout all regions.Maintaining and implementing Excelcare'sphilosophy of care and complying with policies and procedures at all times.Monitoring all tasks with outcomes and deadlines to ensure they are completed within set time scales by using a wide variety of training resources such as PowerPoint, Zoom, Teams, andsmart TVs.About You: Passionate about helping people to learn and grow. Experience within the care home sector PC literate, with good knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Excel. Being able to able to write and deliver content in a fun, interesting and engaging mannerby being creative and thinking outside the box Experience with designing courses & e-learning Excellent in all forms of communication is essential.
