A leading law firm is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to join its Human Resources team for a FTC of 12 months. This role is ideal for an experienced L&D professional who thrives on shaping impactful learning strategies and driving talent development. Key Responsibilities: Partner with HR and senior stakeholders to identify learning priorities and align L&D plans with business strategy. Design and deliver blended learning programmes that support growth, engagement, and retention. Lead coaching, mentoring, and leadership initiatives, promoting a culture of continuous development. Conduct learning needs analysis, advise on trends, and implement tailored solutions using modern learning technologies. Support new joiners and those transitioning roles, ensuring smooth integration and development. Manage L&D resources on internal platforms and build relationships with external suppliers. Facilitate professional qualifications, apprenticeships, and assessment centre activities. Support performance reviews and personal development planning. Monitor learning impact, gather feedback, and drive ongoing improvement. Skills & Experience: Proven expertise in Learning & Development, with relevant qualifications. Experience in training delivery, coaching, mentoring, and learning technology. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to facilitate psychometric tests and design assessment activities. Collaborative, empathetic, and highly organised. Requirements: Minimum five years’ experience in professional services, ideally legal.
