**I am looking for a Scheduler to join an ambitious, growing company in the Warrington area. The role is paying between GBP19500 - GBP23000 dependant on experience, and will play a vital role in managing the resource for all the business operations andhandling inbound and outbound calls.**
**What will you be doing as a Scheduler?**
Scheduling planned appointments for operatives across the business - working across different works management systems
Organising workflow and dealing with reactive requirements, collecting customer information and managing assignments
Speak to field-based surveyors in managing their day-to-day diaries
Recording all points of contact between customers and surveyors on the internal system
Mail merge letters and bulk text messaging for tenants
**We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience**:
Previous experience working in a Scheduling, Customer focused role is preferred
Excellent communication skills
Passionate about delivering an excellent service to clients
Empathetic to issues that can happen
Logical approach to problem solving
Strong team player
**What will you get in return for your work as a Scheduler?**
GBP19500 - GBP23000 dependant on experience
Working Hours: Mon - Fri 8:30am - 5:00pm
Holidays: 26 days (rising to 31 with service)
