Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Scheduler role located in Warrington. The Scheduler will be responsible for coordinating and managing daily schedules, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to meet project timelines and client needs. Key responsibilities include managing appointment calendars, tracking progress of ongoing projects, and supporting effective communication between teams. The Scheduler will play a pivotal role in maintaining operational efficiency and ensuring successful project delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Experience in scheduling, resource management, or similar administrative roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams
- Detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving and maintaining project timelines
- Knowledge of the civil engineering or utility sector is an advantage
- Flexibility to adapt in a dynamic work environment
