About This RoleAs a Scheduler you will support the planning, scheduling and deployment of our asbestos field‑based operations. You will follow processes to ensure surveyors book as many work orders as possible, meeting client response times and quality requirements.Role ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for implementing asbestos scheduling processes, booking sufficient appointments on a contract‑by‑contract basis and deploying resources efficiently. You will handle inbound and outbound telephony demand, import client information accurately and manage tenant enquiries in a friendly, helpful manner.Scheduling planned appointments for asbestos field‑based operatives using multiple works management systems.Uploading projects to our online booking platform.Retrieving booked appointments and entering them onto our operating platform.Mail merge letters for tenants.Bulk text messaging.Recording points of contact onto our operating platform.Handling and resolving telephone and email enquiries from tenants.Making proactive outbound telephone calls and positively influencing tenants to arrange appointments.Sharing ideas and insights to continually improve the scheduling function, increasing the number of appointments made, kept and properties accessed.Specific Team TargetsImproving productivity by ensuring surveyors are fully booked each day.Fulfilling the percentage of work orders in terms of appointments made, access and completion.Role Requirements/ExperienceThere are no mandatory qualifications required for this role. Relevant competencies and personality attributes are more important. Experience in a deployment and scheduling role (not sector‑specific) is desirable.
