Exciting Opportunity to join a growing Civil Engineering consultancy in Northampton. Design coordinator responsible for end-to-end management of administration duties on development schemes from submission through to approval. Working closely alongside the Engineers involved in the scheme aswell as Clients, Authorities and Water Companies.

Responsible for:

- Administering/tracking overall scheme progress
- Coordinate and chase stakeholders
- Populating drawing registers
- Track and monitor sectional agreements
- Obtaining/managing third party quotes, asset records, boundary records and the like
- Continue strong relationships with stakeholders involved in the project
- Setup of new job enquiries and schemes
- Manage Client document hosting portals
- Liaison with Engineers to present and organise technical comments raised by stakeholders
- Financial monitoring of the scheme from a business perspective
