**What You’ll Be Doing**:
The Customer Experience (CX) HR Administrator will support day-to-day CX human resources operations. This position will be responsible for providing HR and administrative support to the CX HR Business Partners (HRBPs); including but not limited too human resources processing, new employee on-boarding, and general HR inquires.
**During a Typical Day, You’ll**:
HR Administration
- Responsible for maintaining the Absence tracker; logging all absences and returned paperwork, chasing up missing paperwork, updating the Bradford Factor Scores, notifying CX HRBPs of investigations that need scheduling.
- Ensure all paperwork for employee status changes are complete, logged, updated on Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and filed appropriately.
- Maintain all employee efiles and the HRIS, coordinate with CX HRBPs and/or HR Management for anything incorrect or missing.
- Maintain confidentially for all personnel related issues and refer employees to appropriate HRBP or HR Manager.
- Always ensures compliance with General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).
- Work on activities and/or projects as requested by CX HRBPs and/or HR Management
- Create and maintain the relevant outlook distribution groups for CX areas.
- Any other adhoc duties as required
Employment
- Assist with new hire on-boarding procedures, create new hire offer packs, track returns and audit new hire paperwork including chasing up any missing paperwork.
- Conduct new hire orientation as and when required.
- Ensure all employee documents are compliant with local labor law and that all information is entered accurately in the HRIS for all new hires at least five days prior to their first day of employment.
HR Systems and Benefits
- Uses the HRIS to perform employee record maintenance and new hire set up, including personnel folders and applicant input
- Answers basic benefits questions for employees seeking assistance
- Occasionally assist payroll with timekeeping system updates needed within the HRIS and/or general timekeeping questions from employees
**What You Bring to the Role**:
- Further Education college or similar: A Levels/ Highers/ ONC or relevant experience
- Level 3 CIPD or working towards is ideal but not essential
- Previous practiced HR administrative support experience required.
- Previous Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) experience preferred.
- Knowledge of how the HR function works and supports the business.

- Available to work or travel outside normal work schedule when necessary.
- Ability to work well and interact with others at varying organisational levels.
- Must provide excellent customer service to all Percepta employees.
