HR Administrator

We are looking for a HR Administrator to join our HR team based on site within the UKLC site in Daventry.
This is a permanent role working 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday.
Salary is £25,000 - £28,000 depending on experience.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Meeting minute taking
- Produces employee communications as required
- Supports visual coms on site. Ensuring all notice boards and electronic coms boards are up to date and promoting HR activities
- Coordinate Occupational Health diaries when on site as required
- Sign posting employees to relevant department / support functions as necessary e.g., Pension/payroll etc.
- Produce reports and present data in line with KPI's and reporting requirements within the department and wider business
- Run new employee inductions
- Support in the production of presentations
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training, or on-the-job experience.
- Good administration background
- Strong computer skills including PowerPoint and Excel capabilities
- Comfortable communicating at all levels
- Needs to be proactive within role
- Remains confidential due to dealing with private information.
