**Key Responsibilities**:
**Front Desk Management**: Greet and assist visitors and handle general inquiries.

**Scheduling and Calendar Management**: Organise and maintain calendars for office staff, schedule appointments, and coordinate meeting arrangements.

**Meeting Coordination**: Assist in planning and setting up for meetings, including arranging refreshments, setting up meeting rooms, and preparing meeting materials.

**Document Handling**: Prepare, organise, and store various office documents, including typing, formatting, and proofreading letters, reports, and presentations.

**Mail and Courier Services**: Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distribution, and arranging courier services.

**Support to Management**: Provide administrative support to management as required, including travel arrangements, expense reports, and special projects.

**Health and Safety Compliance**: Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures in the office environment.

**Team Support**: Collaborate with other team members to ensure overall office efficiency and participate in office activities and events.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £18,770.00-£22,500.00 per year

Expected hours: 16 - 20 per week
