Team Administrator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to work within NHFT Gender Identity Clinic, a national specialist service based at Danetre Hospital, Daventry. The post hours will be 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
We are seeking an individual who is enthusiastic, compassionate, flexible and creative in their approach and can work alongside nursing staff and the wider multi-disciplinary team to provide quality and effective administrative support.
The post holder will provide a comprehensive administrative assistant/secretarial service to support duties associated with the service they are working in. Good organisational ability, strong IT skills (including use of Microsoft packages) and flexibility are required. You will be required the provide minute taking and agenda preparation administrative support.
You will demonstrate an enthusiasm for professional development and will be motivated to further your understanding and skills through various training opportunities.
You will be part of a dynamic and supportive team, benefiting from a comprehensive supervision and appraisal system, with a commitment to staff development.
NHFT is an integrated primary care and mental health Trust, providing physical, mental health and specialty services in both hospital settings and out in the community. Because we put the person at the centre of all we do, we focus on delivering care that is as easy to access as possible. This means many of our services can be provided at home, work or in schools. We also provide health services to various prisons and detention centres in Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire.
