We are currently looking to appoint an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our busy and growing team based in the Heywood area.

You will report to the Operations Manager and be responsible for managing and maintaining existing Customers - your responsibilities will include:

- Accurately logging and resolution of customer queries
- Accurate and efficient data entry - processing customer information
- Liaising with third parties or other departments in the business as required
- Keeping customers fully updated on the status of their query
- Customer Returns processing
- Any other ad hoc customer service-based duties as required by the Manager
- System management training where needed.

You must have at least 1 years of retail Customer Service experience to be considered for this role.

Pay: From £21,174.00 per year
