Having recently celebrated our 15th anniversary, ITD Global is looking for an ambitious talented individual to join our ever-growing Customer Service Department.

Partnering with all the major couriers and airlines, ITD Global specialise in courier distribution worldwide. We have the ability to offer competitive commercials whilst adding value in a hybrid-courier model.

Our customers continue to receive the couriers' branded network and services, whilst we focus on competitive pricing and personal service. With offices in China, India, USA, Germany & UK (Head Office), we pride ourselves in attention to detail, customer relations and to ensure one’s samples and urgent consignments are handled swiftly around the globe.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Using a ticketing system (Zen Desk) liaising with the couriers and suppliers on behalf of customers
- acting as the middle person
- Booking, quoting and monitoring import, export and third country shipments
- Handling customer queries for late, damaged and lost parcels
- Investigating lost and damaged parcels with suppliers within set timescales
- Liaising with global offices and increasing transparency and communication with new and existing customers
- Answering incoming calls to the office to assist customers and suppliers
- An ability to empathise with customers where our partners have delayed shipments/ networks
- A desire to work and contribute within a team-based environment
- Excellent communication skills
- A desire to deliver outstanding customer service
- A can-do attitude to deliver right first time every time
- Experience of using ticketing-based systems such as Zendesk would be advantageous

**Customer service skills**
- Professional telephone manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Tenacity, to follow through investigations from start to finish
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft office, excel, word and web-based systems
- Self-motivated
