**Lettings Accounts Administrator - Cannock - up to £26k pro rata**

This is a great opportunity to join this long-established independent Estate Agency brand who have built up an impressive and reputable business in the area over several decades. They specialise in residential sales and lettings, property management, auctions,surveys, new homes sales, commercial property and land and new homes covering the Midlands and Staffordshire areas. They are looking for a Part Time Lettings Administrator to work Monday to Friday 10am - 2.30pm.

**Main Duties for the Lettings Accounts Administrator Role**:

- Processing rents and paying Landlords
- Preparing the monthly management accounts
- Chasing rent arrears and debts
- Processing contractor invoices and paying them
- General office accounts
- Work closely with letting and property management departments

**Essential Skills Required**:

- Accounts experience preferred but not essential
- Strong administrative background
- Strong customer service skills
- Good IT skills/CRM systems. Knowledge of Focus and Sage would be advantageous, although training given
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to work on own initiative

Working hours - Monday to Friday 10am - 2.30pm
