As an Office Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations within the organisation. Here's what your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Taking orders over the phone, providing excellent customer service that leaves a lasting impression. Answering incoming calls, demonstrating professionalism and attentiveness to customer inquiries. Organising and maintaining files, ensuring easy access and efficient retrieval of important documents. Entering purchase orders accurately into the system, contributing to seamless transactions. Conducting regular stock checks to monitor inventory levels and identify any discrepancies. Proactively chasing payments to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions. Assisting with system entry tasks, maintaining data integrity and supporting accurate reporting. This is a full-time, office-based position with working hours from 9am to 5:30pm. In return for your hard work and dedication, our client offers a competitive salary of up to £27, and 20 days of annual leave, in addition to public holidays.
