Finance/ Accounts Administrator

**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely processing of invoices and payments.
- Manage accounts payable functions, including the verification of invoices and reconciliation of discrepancies.
- Utilise accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, or similar tools to manage financial data effectively.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in budget preparation.
- Liaise with suppliers and clients to resolve any account-related queries or issues.
- Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and information as required.
- Support the finance team with additional administrative tasks as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in an accounting or administrative role, preferably as an Account Administrator.
- Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and financial reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A relevant qualification in finance or accounting is desirable but not essential.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
