It's a small, "start-up" kind of vibe where everyone's encouraged to grow and succeed along with the business and you will be working closely with the Founders, aiming to increase sales and achieve sustainable financial growth. **What is a Sales Associate - What does he/she do?** As a Sales Associate, you'll engage with customers on the phone, assisting them in identifying their requirements, helping them figure out what they need and reaching their objectives. You'll be their go-to person for answering questions about our products and recommending the best options for them. When they've got a complaint, you'll be there to make things right and make sure they leave happy. To be our rockstar Sales Associate, you'll need to stay in the know about all the cool features of our services and always be on top of your game by providing excellent service. With the guidance of the Founder in the sales department, you'll receive training to: **Day to Day**: - Generate new opportunities from targeted outbound activity, networking and referrals. - To effectively engage with customers, qualify opportunities, negotiate and close deals. - Develop positive relationships with clients. - Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs. - Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers promptly. - Report on the status of accounts and transactions. - Track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives. **About You**: - Go-getter with a knack for making things happen and a competitive edge. - Always looking for creative ways to bring in new customers. - Hungry to learn and enjoy the feeling of success. - Natural communicator inside and outside work. - Honed negotiation skills since childhood. - Outgoing personality, great at building strong relationships. - The ultimate goal is to crush it. **Key Bonus Skills** - Previous work experience in sales or a customer-focused role. - Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs - Can naturally work under pressure, multitasking. - Possesses a sharp attention to detail - IT skills - experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel) a bonus - Keen understanding of sales performance metrics - Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities - Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude If you’ve got the appetite to ‘go the extra mile’ to drive sales we’d like to meet you.
