**Overview**
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with customers to provide exceptional service and support their shopping experience. You will be responsible for promoting products, assisting customers with their needs, and ensuring a welcoming environment in our store.

**Duties**
- Greet customers warmly as they enter the store and provide assistance as needed.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products through effective upselling techniques.
- Maintain an organised sales floor by restocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring cleanliness.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and in-person with excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Process transactions accurately using the till system while managing cash and card payments.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock checks and reporting discrepancies.
- Provide support in training new staff members as required.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a retail environment is preferred but not essential.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities (especially in Spanish) are advantageous.
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions and inventory counts.
- Organisational skills to maintain a tidy and efficient workspace.
- A passion for customer service with a friendly demeanour that encourages repeat business.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £11.08-£11.40 per hour
