National organisation require 3 x Temporary Payroll Administrators to join their team based in South Manchester. These vacancies with initially be for a period of 6 months with the view to become permanent positions.
Reporting to the Assistant Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of weekly and monthly payrolls.
**This is a hybrid working vacancy, with 1/2 days based in the office each week.**
**Responsibilities**
- Collation of timesheet information from casual workers and preparing for payroll processing
- Delivery of weekly and monthly payrolls from start to finish
- Setting up new starters and processing leavers
- Calculation of statutory payments and deductions
- Managing any queries in relation to pay
- Liaising with HMRC on behalf of employees
- Assisting with administration of P11Ds and Year End processes
- NEST pensions processing
**Experience Required**
- Previous experience processing payroll from start to finish
- Experience processing high-volume weekly and monthly payrolls
- Excellent knowledge of payroll legislation
- Ability to manually calculate payslips
- Experience with Year End administration beneficial
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Immediately Available / 1 Week Notice
