Contract Support Administrator

Due to a recent contract win, we are recruiting for a Contract Support Administrator to work for a leading Facilities Management company to cover a site based in Didsbury, Manchester.
Hours - Monday - Friday 8-5 (40 hours)
This is a permanent position overtime available paid at x 1.5 after 40 hours.
**The Role**:
Carrying out all administration to support the effective running of our client contract
Carrying out invoicing processes in line with contractual payment terms
Ensuring electronic and paper records, including timesheets are completed by the front-line teams
Working closely with Managers and Finance to support all financial processes relating to the contract and co-ordinating any additional costs relating to suppliers or subcontractors
Managing all queries from both internal and external customers through to conclusion
**Qualifications and Experience required**:
Strong administrative skills/ experience
Previous experience of undertaking basic financial support - invoicing/WIP/inputting timesheets and expenses
Basic commercial awareness - working within SLA’s and KPI’s
Microsoft Office IT Skills
Experience working as a Contract Administrator within an FM environment would be highly desirable
Strong administration duties
Excel and Microsoft experience
Must be able to pass a DBS and HORUS check.
