I am currently recruiting for a temporary examinations officer for a secondary academy in Manchester, starting immediately on an ongoing basis.
The role is on a temporary supply basis until the school appoint a permanent examinations officer.
The Role
Examinations officer
The role is Monday to Friday 8.10am to 3.10pm - but a later start or earlier finish would be considered.
Full knowledge of Exams Organiser (EO) module in SIMS
Creating seasons within EO, including domestic seasons along with generic and student exam timetables
Downloading exam season base data from awarding bodies
Creation of seating plans, exam registers, etc. via Exams Organiser module
Importing results, creating headline results and individual student statements of results
Setting up exam rooms to meet JCQ regulations
Excellent time management skills able to ensure that assessment and submission deadlines for exams are kept to.

To join us and be successful in this examinations officer role, you will need:
- a minimum of six week's experience of working in a school administrative role supported by references
- experience of managing or assisting with examinations in a secondary school
- Excellent knowledge of Exam Organiser module in SIMS
- Provide a CV with a full employment/education history included and any employment breaks must be explained
- Have the legal right to work full time in the UK
