Senior Payroll Specialist
- Didsbury Hybrid Working Immediate Start

**About Our Client**:
An exciting opportunity has arisen with a leading global service sector business based in Luxury offices in Didsbury due to continued business growth and expansion. This company have invested in brand new state of the art offices and offer an excellent work environment and office culture. They are a highly sought after organisation to work for with exciting expansion plans in the pipeline

The Senior Payroll Specialist role is initially a 3 month contract which could be extended. The role will based 3 days per week in the Didsbury office with the opportunity to work remotely the rest of the week.

Reporting into the Financial Controller Key Responsibilities will include:

- Responsible for the end to end processing of the UK payroll
- over 100 heads
- Responsible for providing 3 outsourced payroll providers with the relevant payroll information to pay our employees
- Processing and collating monthly payroll data for all internal UK staff, such as new starters, salary increases, commissions & bonuses and leavers
- Own the relationship with the outsourced payroll service providers.
- Manage and resolve any issues relating to employee pay.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements of PAYE and pension schemes and to ensure accurate and timely reporting as required by HMRC and pension schemes.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and payroll tax obligations for all entities (with the support of outsourced payroll providers).
- Produce salary journals for each entity
- Benefits Administration to ensure new joiners and leavers are processed accurately and timely.
- Calculation of statutory payments and deductions.
- Ensure that pension obligations are met across all 4 entities.
- Provide accurate payroll and headcount reporting.

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Have experience in Running and end to end UK Payroll
- Be confident in dealing with all aspects of Payroll Calculations
- Be able to consider a temporary contract initially
- Be able to commute 3 days per week to Didsbury Manchester
