Senior SEO Executive

**Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing**:

- Implement the SEO strategy with a clear focus on increasing share of voice, traffic, and revenue
- Use a data-driven approach to optimise performance and identify opportunities for automation where relevant
- Maintain SEO best practices at the highest standard, ensuring strong technical SEO hygiene
- Work closely with internal teams, including PR, to develop and execute a strong link acquisition strategy
- Partner with content and tech teams to drive SEO initiatives, raising awareness of best practices and the impact of SEO decisions
- Perform in-depth keyword and competitor research, identifying gaps and developing action plans to outperform competitors
- Collaborate with acquisition managers and channel specialists to maximise multi-channel performance across various product categories
- Optimise the use of technology platforms and agency partnerships to enhance SEO efforts
- Track, analyse, and report on key SEO metrics and overall progress

**A Few Things About You**:

- Minimum of least 2 years SEO experience in an eCommerce environment
- A strong commercial acumen and results driven
- Strong analytical, strategic, and mathematical skills, along with meticulous attention to detail
- Highly proficient in Google Analytics & Microsoft Excel
- Experience using SEO tools
- Enthusiastic, ambitious, and driven with an eagerness for learning and self-development
- Experience working in a retail environment would be advantageous
