**The Role**:
We’re looking for a **Senior Marketing Specialist** to drive growth, generate leads, and optimise our campaigns across digital platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with our **creative team** to craft and execute strategies that **convert**. From analysing ad performance to optimising SEO and writing compelling copy, you'll turn data into results.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Develop and manage **Google Ads, Facebook Ads**, and other online advertising campaigns.
- Optimise campaigns through **SEO best practices** to drive organic traffic and improve rankings.
- Craft persuasive and effective **ad copy** and collaborate on social media content that converts.
- Analyse **social media metrics** and campaign data for our clients, spotting trends and recommending improvements.
- Work side-by-side with the creative team to build high-impact campaigns.
- Provide **clear reporting** on campaign performance, ROI, and key KPIs.
- Offer your **own ideas** for improvements and take **constructive feedback** onboard.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in **advertising, SEO, and algorithm changes**.
