We are looking for Programme and Packaging Delivery Manager to join our team, this would be based on a Fixed Term Contract for 15 months. This is a great opportunity to join a team where you will have impact on our business thus making a mark on your career.

**Overall Purpose of the role**:

- To actively develop and manage the overall program of product development through the stage gate process. To also manage the own label packaging artwork & repro project manager team to deliver from brief to file release.
- Ensuring that a planned own label program of work is in place and that the gated process is planned, managed, tracked-reported and delivered to ensure delivery of that program of work on time with the process followed and all stakeholders engaged.
- Working with key internal and external stakeholders across all levels to proactively ensure a smooth-running process
- Ensuring that the own label packaging artwork & repro project manager team are managing, prioritising and delivering the packaging workflow from brief, through spec approval, artwork to file release.
- Strong programme and project management in a packaging/ retail context and communication, working pragmatically and proactively to deliver excellence and efficiency in all activities are the foundation to the role.

**Program and Project Management**
- Leads the Iceland development of the own label launch cycle / annual product development work programme (stage gate process) ensuring its successful operation for the business.
- Leads and manages the packaging artwork & repro project manager team, alongside the relationship with Iceland’s artwork & repro service provider.
- Ensuring efficient communication and follow-up with the supplier base and internal stakeholders from team to deliver the required actions through the process

**Keeping things simple**
- Constantly reviews the approach to planning, program management, project management and communications to highlight deficiencies and agree improvements.
- Builds the right project plans to deliver against our key retail launch cycle milestones

**Specialist Skills and Knowledge**
- Relevant experience in program management and reporting (packaging, retail)
- Relevant experience in artwork & repro project manager team management
- An understanding of retail and retail supply chains
- Commercial mindset with an eye for driving efficiency
