Management Accountant

**About the role**
- To provide support to the General Ledger Manager completing the period end accounts.
- Produce the draft management accounts to be reviewed by management
- Produce and review periodical reports
- Ensuring the balance sheet is fully reconciled every period end with no unexplained differences
- Support the team with the maintenance of the Property information system and all property payments
- Support the team with the capex process, raising CER’s and fixed assets and maintenance of the fixed asset register
- Maintenance of SAP
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Reviewing the team’s reconciliations

**Role Responsibility**
- Producing the draft management accounts by day 3 of period end
- Ensuring all journals process by the team are done so in the agreed timescales
- All balance sheet reconciliations completed and received by the end of week 2
- Ensuring all quarterly and monthly property payments are made on time
- Completing and reviewing balance sheet reconciliations to ensure the integrity of the balance sheet

**You will need**
- To be qualified or part qualified
- Accountancy knowledge
- Excel essential
- SAP knowledge advantageous.
