Due to continued growth, a leading specialist in aviation asset management with over 3 decades of experience is looking for a talented Sales & Key Account Manager to join their team in Stansted.

This is your chance to become the front face of a leading company and in particular, ROAM, its services, and other services that the company can offer.

You will be offered in-house training for relevant systems and procedures.

**About the Company**

This company was founded in 1990 at London Stansted Airport with the specific aim of supplying professional and technical support to maintenance companies, airlines and corporate aircraft owners.

Since its opening, the company has seen stable growth year on year with worldwide customers ranging from financial institutions from the USA to building relationships with companies in the Far East.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Proactively generate leads and sales and business opportunities - Mainly internationally, but some sales may be domestically based
- Track all opportunities and actions with them on the Company CRM
- Build a solid understanding of ROAM and then all other services the company offers
- Conduct winning presentations of the Company and its ROAM system whilst being aware of any other services the client might benefit from the company
- Develop sales strategies, closure plans, and commercial responses to convert these opportunities to revenue in order to achieve set targets agreed for the given year
- Support your Line Manager and your team with any project deadlines
- Work in accordance with Company culture and procedures; ISO9001 & ISO27001, and with any others that may be implemented in the future
- Be available to travel to the client when necessary, occasionally at short notice
- Liaise with ROAM development team to ensure that any issues are handled professionally and efficiently
- Ensure that for all parts of projects all stakeholders internal and external are aware of their respective responsibilities
- Ensure all works are performed in accordance with all SLAs in place with customers
- Review customer satisfaction and validate any and all associated payment issues
- Remain vigilant in Customer’s business status (growth, financial challenges, etc.)

**Required Experience**:

- A wide knowledge of Airline and Business Aviation and associated support services
- Numerate and analytical with excellent influencing and negotiation talent
- Exceptional communication ability both verbal and written (English)
- Organisational and time management skills
- Strong knowledge and use of IT skills
- Proven track record of sales

**Salary: **£45K plus discretionary bonus based on performance
