Client Services Executive

**What you'll do**:
As a Client Services Executive you will be the first point of call for all customers and suppliers via multiple communication channels. Responsible for ensuring a personal, professional and proactive service in all dealings with customers, suppliers, external water companies and internal colleagues.

A key part of the role is accurately and efficiently completing various administration tasks that are essential to the smooth running of our business.

You will receive expert training from us and suppliers, helping you confidently guide customers with any queries and needs, becoming their trusted adviser.

A unique aspect of the role is being involved in brand promotion and enhancing the reputation of the business. You will play a vital role in our online marketing through our social media channels, attend supplier and industry networking events as well as meeting with customers face to face.

When required you will also support with processing our Official CON29DW Residential and Commercial searches. A legal document that requires complete accuracy and plays a key role in the conveyancing process.

**What you'll need**:
This is an interesting and exciting role and ideally suited to someone who is looking to bring their enthusiasm for delivering 5-star customer service. We would love to hear from you if you can bring:

- Great communication skills, both written and verbal
- Flexible and adaptable in a pressurised environment
- Confidence in liaising with multiple stakeholders to maintain good working relationships
- An ability to deal with high volumes of repetitive work accurately, whilst prioritising workloads to meet strict deadlines
- An eye for detail, accuracy, and a passion for process improvement
- An ability to make informed decisions and resolve any issues in a diplomatic and professional manner
