HR Star are proud to be recruiting an outstanding Client Services Executive for our client. This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the fastest growing Wealth Management companies in the South West. This position would be ideal for someone who has some experience in customer service and is looking to start their career in the Financial Services industry.

In this role, you will have the chance to work with top-tier client accounts and gain invaluable experience in customer relations and administration. You will also have real responsibilities for escalating any client issues to make sure they are resolved in a timely manner.

**Responsibilities**: Delivering excellent customer service to ensure we are highly valued by our most important clients Adhering to the FCA Treating Customer Fairly (TCF) principles are adhered to and raising any concerns with the appropriate party Providing impeccable administration support across all areas of Client Services Be the point of contact for all client communication channels Ensuring all work is completed within the set Service Level Agreements Manage risk across the team, reporting any exposures to risk to the appropriate party
You will, from time to time, be required to undertake other activities that fall within your capabilities as directed by management.

**The essentials skills we are looking for**: An excellent communicator with fantastic interpersonal skills Comfortable working independently as well as within a team Experience in data processing Attention to detail Self-motivated and eager to learn and grow within the role

**The desirable skills we are looking for**: Have knowledge of Wrap platforms Experience with Self Invested Personal Pensions Financial services qualification An interest in financial markets and or investments
