**Client Services Administrator**
- Bath/Hybrid - work from home 2 days per week
- £23,000 - £28,000 p/a

Our client is developing their team of Client Services Administrators, and you’ll be playing an essential role within this dedicated team. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your financial services experience

**Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of pension administration desirable
- Previous experience in financial services is essential
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organisational abilities with keen attention to detail

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for dealing with a range of pension and investment enquiries
- Processing high volumes of written instructions received relating to pensions
- Dealing with queries and requests from Financial Adviser firms
- Processing new investments and dealing with related queries
- Completing all related administrative duties
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Offering knowledge and expertise to colleagues as needed

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bath, Somerset: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
