You will be organised, able to multitask, work flexibly and have a ‘can do’ approach to work as no two days are the same. You will also have strong administration, IT, organisational and communication skills.
**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:
- Scheduling and tracking Suppliers collections with the Supplier and internal transport department
- Data entry on computer systems and spreadsheets
- Communicating failed delivery and customer issues to the customer service team and credit control
- Communicating any daily issues to other departments
- Routing of vehicles and loads
- Arranging collections
- Downloading of CSV files for couriers
- Answering queries from Customers and couriers
- Updating transport summary spreadsheet
- Checking invoices
- Other office duties as required
- Filing, inputting data, copying, updating trackers and spreadsheets
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From £18,532.00 per year
