**Duties**
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date and correctly recorded.
- Assist in maintaining office supplies and inventory, placing orders as necessary.
- Provide clerical support such as filing, scanning, and organising documents.
- Utilise Google Suite for document creation, scheduling meetings, and maintaining calendars.
- Support financial operations by using QuickBooks for invoicing and basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Collaborate with team members on various administrative projects as required.
**Skills**
- Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Google Suite and QuickBooks.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated clerical skills, including typing speed and accuracy.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally over the phone and in writing.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail.

Pay: £104.05-£131.54 per day
