The working hours are up to 37 hours per week, Wednesday to Friday during the school term. You will also be paid for an additional 12 days per year, which enables you to attend team meetings and training and development that sits outside your normal working hours. You will also be required to work some days during the school holidays. Your actual salary will be £22,065.16 per annum, and this is paid in 12 equal instalments over the year so even during the summer holidays you continue to receive the same payment that month. You will work as a part of our friendly and dedicated corporate services team to provide a reception service and practical administrative service to support the communications and functions of the school. This will include dealing with a range of enquiries through telephone and email, including Microsoft Office and bespoke software systems such as SIMS. In addition, you will provide administration services including reprographics, arranging travel, room bookings, and supporting school events.
