**The opportunity**:

- We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual to join the UK Support Function team. You will undertake specific responsibilities to support, prioritise and coordinate effective and efficient project and technical administrative support to the Customer Support & Services (CSS) team. You will need to exhibit a high level of organisation skills, great team ethic and the ability to interface with people at all levels both internally and externally, whilst embracing innovative ways of working._

- It is essential that the post holder undertakes the extensive duties with flexibility, initiative and enthusiasm and operates as an integral part of the team

**The Role **_(this is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities)_
- Will be based in our Stevenage office with the flexibility to travel to other UK sites
- Generate and maintain a close working relationship with internal and external stakeholders
- To work with the CSS senior management team with identifying project and technical administration activities that could be reassigned from the project and engineering population
- To support the CSS senior management team with continuous improvement activities and assist the general project and/or functional population to optimise efficiency within CSS
- To support the contract delivery and bids teams with project and technical administration
- Administer Bid / Contract / Tender activities (updating, obtaining submissions/approval against very tight deadlines)
- Maintain and analyse data, create reports and present findings
- Support Estimate at Completion / Resourcing activities
- Compiling / updating technical publications / instruction manuals - sourcing information on equipment or procedures via the Engineering Community
- Chasing relevant stakeholders to ensure correct flow of information, utilising tracking documents and tools
- To provide general administration activities to include:

- Preparation of meeting material - Business Development Reviews (BDR's)
- Provide meeting coordination, participation and action logging
- These tasks may be varied and ad-hoc in scope
- Create, maintain and update MS Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations and MS Word documents to include table of contents and advanced formatting
- Understand and utilise specialist tools and databases
- To be a key member within the UK Support Function and participate in engagement activities
- Sharing best practice and knowledge within the UK Support Function and offering guidance and training to team members
- Participation and progress on UK Support Function personal development initiatives - to be accountable for own self-learning and development
- Discretion and confidentiality to be maintained
- Any other adhoc technical administration duties
