**JOB PURPOSE**:
We are looking to recruit term time only and fractional agency Learning Support Assistants.
We’re keen to attract staff with experience of working in education or with young people who have special education needs or disabilities (SEND).
**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Our Entry level 1-3 courses involve a variety of sessions and learning activities to promote independence and develop employability skills.
- In this role you would provide support for students by implementing a range of effective learning strategies to ensure an outstanding student experience and enable each to realise their full potential.
- You will also have the opportunity to access a range of specialist SEND training.
- This is an exciting opportunity to work with a large, experienced team who are committed to preparing our students for adulthood and their next steps.
**PERSON SPECIFICATION**
- Experience of working with young people who have learning difficulties and disabilities or students in a teaching environment.
- Proven communication and interpersonal skills with the capacity to motivate others to reach their potential.
- High levels of personal integrity and confidentiality.
- An understanding of health and safety, equality and diversity, safeguarding and SEND reforms.
- Level 2 or equivalent qualification in English and maths.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary contract
