Sales Operations Specialist

**Sales Administration - London, United Kingdom - Full Time**:
- Centric Software is seeking an experienced sales operation role who will be responsible for managing the sales operations primarily for Centric Software’s customers in Europe. This is a cross functional position which will assist in bringing efficiencies to workflow and will support Centric Software’s Sales Team. This position will also act as a liaison between other teams and clients when appropriate, and to perform other such duties as may be required for the efficient operations of the stations.**Responsibilities**:
- Review sales contracts in accordance with legal, product, revenue, and sales policies
- Ensure accurate entry into Salesforce, including product information, order discounts, terms, etc.
- Analyze sales contracts to determine incentives earned for sales commissions and bonuses
- Audit CaptivateIQ commission calculations as requested by Sales team
- Work with Customer Success team to manage renewal addendums for region, including drafting addendum, calculating current term, pricing, CPI/ISTAT, as needed.
- Setup and maintain customer information and run monthly license, opportunity, forecasting reports in Salesforce
- Prepare account reconciliations for Centric Software’s customers as needed
- Prepare Salesforce dashboards and reports as needed
- Collaborate with various teams such as Sales, Finance, Legal and License/Hosting teams on contract revisions, product delivery, project budgets
- Collaborate with customers and finance team to resolve billing inconsistencies or errors
- Provide training to Sales team on Salesforce and CPQ processes
- As part of Sales Operations team, act as CPQ admin to review and advise Sales team on quoting
- Act as backup Salesforce admin to support European users
- Ensure pipeline is updated to prepare License/Hosting team of potential orders, particularly at quarter end
- Develop and define project roadmaps to optimize sales processes
- Proactively reach out to various business units within the Company to ensure proper understanding of Centric Software’s deliverables and obligations to properly account for contract and revenue terms
**Requirements**:
- Ability and desire to learn new skills with an enthusiasm for acquiring systems knowledge
- Good problem-solving skills and detail oriented
- Excellent knowledge of MS office
- In-depth knowledge of industry best practices
- Ability to identify areas for improvement in existing processes, a strong plus
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills and ability to communicate assertively
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership for projects and drive to completion
- Comfortable working in a fast changing, fast-paced environment
- Excellent teamwork, including the ability to interact with all organizational groups and levels
- Salesforce admin experience, CPQ admin experience a plus
- NetSuite experience a plus
- College degree a plus
