**Regional Development Manager | Slough Berks SL1 3DR | Full Time | £40,000 basic salary plus uncapped OTE**

Paintseal Europe Limited (Gen-3) was founded 15 years ago on the principle of providing 'Next Generation' advanced technology products. We are a partner owned, family oriented business.

We sell and distribute industry leading coating protection systems to the automotive industry as well as finance and insurance products.

As a Regional Development Manager, you will improve PSE’s market position and achieve financial growth by developing current customers and new business acquisition.

You must be able to define long-term organisational strategic goals, build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate and close business deals whilst maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

**Role Requirements**
- Sales experience in the automotive industry, paint protection and finance and insurance are preferable.
- You will be able to work with autonomy.
- Experience working remotely would be an advantage.
- You will be based around the M25 corridor.
- Willing to stay away if required.

**Role Responsibilities**
- You must plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential and existing clients to do business with the company.
- You must develop a rapport with new clients, set targets for sales and provide support that will continually improve the relationship.
- You will also be required to grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services to clients. The Regional Development Manager will work and liaise with mid and senior level management and other field based colleagues.
- Plan approaches to increase revenue in your area
- Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
- Present an image that mirrors that of the client.
- Present to and consult with PSE mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services and products
- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
- Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify areas that will increase revenue within the existing dealer base.
- Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate.
- Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM or other sales management system.
- Manage your own time and route planner effectively to meet company expectations
- Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets.
- Ensure as a team member you represent the company in the best light.
- Present training and mentoring to existing business to increase penetration levels
- Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s ethos and products in order to increase revenue and achieve targets set for your area
- Understand the company’s goal and purpose so that will be continual to enhance the company’s performance as a whole.
