Job DescriptionJob Title: Branch Manager – Electrical Wholesale Location: Slough Salary: £55,000 to £60,000 per annum (plus bonus and benefits)We are hiring for a Branch Manager who is experienced in the electrical wholesale trade in Slough. This is an excellent opportunity within a well-established and reputable distribution business. You will be leading a successful team, developing customer relationships, and ensuring the smooth running of all branch operations.Duties of a Branch ManagerIn this role, you will be working in the branch operations team to deliver excellent service and operational efficiency. Reporting to the Regional Director and managing a team of experienced staff, you will be responsible for:Overseeing branch operations, including sales, purchasing, stock and logisticsBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliersLeading, coaching, and motivating your team to deliver high standardsDriving new business opportunities and supporting branch growthManaging branch performance, budgets, and ensuring Health & Safety complianceSkills and Experience of a Branch ManagerAs a Branch Manager, you need to have experience with:A minimum of 5 years’ experience in electrical wholesaleProven ability to manage stock and operational efficiencyExcellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building abilitiesWhat the Client Offers a Branch ManagerThis client offers:£55,000 per annum plus annual performance bonusCompany car, mobile phone, and laptopPrivate medical insurance and pension scheme with life cover25 days holiday plus Bank HolidaysFull training and professional development opportunitiesAbout the ClientOur client is a national electrical wholesale distributor seeking a Branch Manager to join their team permanently in Slough.
