**JOB PURPOSE:
***

Ensure the optimal performance of the Cineworld digital signage systems and content. Support the effective management of all digital content of the company.

***
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide operational support to cinema and head office teams related to digital signage
- Support the Digital Content Exec in the timely and optimal update of digital content across all Cineworld customer facing digital platforms.

**Systems Management**

**_Operational:_**
- Coordinate the resolution of issues between departments:

- Monitor the IT ticketing system to ensure issues are assigned to relevant departments and are progressed within the established SLAs
- Prioritise the backlog of issues and monitor the progress to ensure no holdups between departments
- Serve as an escalation point of contact for all departments and cinemas
- Ensure adherence to established processes for the management of production issues by cinema teams
- Work with various departments on proactive maintenance including:
- On-boarding of new and refurbished cinema sites-
- **- **- **- Periodic audit and sign-off of sites- **- **- **-
- Stock maintenance and order process-
- **- **- **- Supplier lists and out-of-hours supplier support- **- **- **-
- **- **- **- Optimal screen specs, warranties and support- **- **- **-
- Effective monitoring, alerting and reporting tools are in place for all assets and where there are gaps to ensure that requirements are captured in the product backlog.- Work with Digital Signage system supplier on enhancements:

- Define requirements and configurations with key stakeholders
- Perform and sign-off testing and monitor the implementation
- Coordinate the rollout with Operations, IT and other departments.
- **Content Management**
- Optimise and automate digital signage playlists for cinema sites and sections of them
- Work with various departments to ensure Cineworld has a scalable solution for DS content management
- Explore innovative use of the digital signage screens.
- Support the Digital Content Exec in the update of the content on Cineworld digital platforms (website, mobile apps and in-cinema digital screens) on a BAU and ad hoc basis
- Support the Events team in sales pitches and event delivery by custom executions, test runs, etc.
- Other **ad hoc work** as required by the Group Head of Digital.

**ESSENTIAL / DESIRABLE ATTRIBUTES & EXPERIENCE**:
**Skills and experience**
- Understanding of digital platforms, ecommerce and communications
- Multitasking across content management solutions (easily adapt to different platforms - understanding of the big picture, where content come from, who owns it, where it goes and how, no matter the content management software)
- Good planning and prioritisation
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and multiple requests
- Excellent English language skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Analytical in approach with the ability to report on results in a clear and concise way
- Product management experience within a digital, new media or ecommerce environment is highly advantageous.
