**What will you do?**:
As a leading regional firm of solicitors, Wolferstans regularly receives telephone enquiries and personal visits from potential clients requiring fee and other information about our various legal services. You will be part of this team delivering an exceptional experience.
A natural “people person”, you will have a gift for building rapport and a warm, friendly demeanour. Your conversational and engaging style will help clients appreciate the many benefits of choosing Wolferstans for their legal needs.
**What do you offer?**:
Previous experience of relationship building and customer engagement in the ‘service’ sector would be desirable.
Your previous experience of having strong client care skills and excellent time management skills will enable you to manage your own workload, use your initiative and deliver the excellent service expected by our clients.
