**BettingJobs** are currently recruiting for a Head of HR to work with a well-established Sportsbook in their St Alban’s office. The role would be suited to an ambitious HR professional who has experience with all levels of recruitment and alsoexperience of managing a team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaboratively develop and implement strategies and processes aimed at carrying out the HR Mission.
- Manage an administrative/transactional HR Team whose responsibilities include inhouse payroll, benefit administration, recruitment, health and safety and the organisation of staff social events to drive inclusion and engagement.
- Work with the Senior Management Team to help build, scale and harmonise organisational design.
- Establish the recruitment strategy, developing the employee brand to attract high calibre people.
- Provide advice and coach management on talent management, supporting the business succession plan.
- In collaboration with the Legal and Compliance Team, be responsible for overseeing the onboarding and monitoring of employees as set out in the FCA Senior Managers and certification regime.
- Provide appropriate employment law advice, reviewing processes and procedures, as well as managing complex employee relation cases.
- Review and asses existing compensation and benefits program, aligning these with the retention and business strategy.
- Design and deploy attraction and retention initiatives.
- Invest in relationships with management and employees with openness and collaboration.
- Develop training and career development programs, as well as ensuring regulatory training is provided to all staff.
- Ensure consistent company-wide use of effective performance management processes.
- Work with our Business Intelligence Team to review and implement IT systems that help manage the HR processes and support the administrative burdens of the HR and management functions.

**Requirements**:

- Significant generalist HR experience, including experience of managing a team.
- Experience in recruitment in all role levels.
- Happy to balance both a hands-on operational and strategic position.
- Action oriented - results driven, self-starter who thrives on accountability with the ability and attitude to make things happen.
- Collaborative - values relationships and is skilled at developing them. Able to relate to people at all levels and values others’ views and opinions.
