**Job Purpose Statement**

This position will be based working at our Head Office Branch in Colney Heath - postcode AL4 0PG.

Working Hours will be 8.00am - 17.00pm (40 Hours a Week)

**This is a Fixed Term Contract with the **possibility of a permanent position.**

**Key Accountabilities**
- To support and assist on all recruitment campaigns.
- Assist in preparing all starter paperwork as required.
- Ensure ATS system is up to date and that our website has the latest vacancies.
- Responsible for our Graduates and Apprentices, ensuring cohort, line managers and training providers are clear on where each graduate or apprentices is.
- Support line managers in ensuring graduates and appreciates are on target for completion.
- Act as a central point of contact for all graduates and apprentices.
- Assist and support HR Advisors and HRBP’s as required.
- Carry out any additional duties as required by the business.

**Knowledge, Experience, Qualifications**:

- Proven working experience within recruitment industry or within HR department.
- Knowledge of how Graduate and Apprenticeship programs operate, including how Apprentice funding levy works with Training Providers and Government.
- Experience of working in a busy HR department.
