**Admin/CRM Executive**

**Salary: £12 ph - part time hours**

**What are the duties:**
- Full maintenance of CRM - first point of contact for all queries and faults for team
- Amend and update contacts on CRM as required by the team.
- Complete all training available by CRM and relay this to the team to ensure we are always maximising the system in the most efficient way
- As part of the team, be responsible for the quality of the data, ensuring data is cleansed, up to date and fit for purpose, and that minimum data requirements are met
- **Log and share any issues, ensuring incident to root cause resolution
- Updating the company website with, blogs, content and vacancies
- All adverts are placed on relevant job boards
- Weekly audit of live jobs Monitor the Terms of Business for all clients that we are working with to ensure they are compliant
- Maintenance of appropriate stationery supplies for the office use.

**Prerequisites**
- Previous experience as an administrator using a CRM system
- A good commercial knowledge to help deliver results quickly
- Ability to multi task and work to short deadlines
