Palfinger UK is recruiting for a Customer Call Coordinator to join the Service Control team based in Devizes. Reporting to the Service Control Team Leader, this role is the first

**Alternating Hours**: Monday-Thursday 8:00am-5:30pm, Friday 8:00am-5pm (1 hour lunch break) : Monday-Thursday 7:00am-4:30pm, Friday 7:00am-4pm (1 hour lunch break)

**Day to day duties will include**:

- Creating concise service orders in a proficient and timely manner
- Identifying and escalating queries to Team Leader as appropriate
- Assisting the team with overflow calls and process as needed
- Other ad hoc duties as required such as deputising to cover team holiday and sickness

**The ideal applicant**:

- You will be self-motivated, flexible and adaptable
- You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- You will be a team player
- You will be able to work under pressure and prioritise to meet deadlines
- You will be able to network and build effective relationships with customers and colleagues
- You will be IT literate with good working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Excel. Knowledge of Microsoft Navision would be advantageous
- Previous experience in a service control environment or similar customer service role would be an advantage
