Our Energy, Fire and Security division is recruiting for a Call Out Co-Ordinator to join the team in Devizes.
Reporting to the Service Team Leader, this role is responsible for providing administrative support and coordinating the activities of Call Out Engineers.
**Hours**:Monday - Friday, 8:30pm to 5pm
**Salary** £21,000
**Key duties will include**:

- Call Out_
- To plan, coordinate and support the engineers in conducting a range of call outs, ensuring safe and where possible first-time fix is achievable
- Creation of job sheets and supporting documentation
- Requisition of system parts and access equipment in conjunction with the Stores where required
- Responding to incoming calls for Fire and Security to organise call out
- Raising of jobs on Alarm Master
- Passing completed call out to Finance team for invoicing
- General_
- Collation of all Service documentation, issuing of system certificates as required, and raising and dispatching invoices to customers
- Completing tasks to agreed client requirements and SLA targets
- Coordinating record keeping and documentation archiving
- Supporting all contracts administration activity as directed by the Service Supervisor
- Proactively reviewing and monitoring processes/procedures, with management approval, suggesting and implementing improvements where possible
- Ad hoc tasks as required

- You will have experience working in a team environment
- You will have strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask
- You will have excellent IT skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM databases
- You will have the ability to communicate effectively with clients and prospects
- You will be able to handle enquiries in a confident, professional and competent manner
- Educated to GCSE standard (or equivalent) including passes in English and Maths
