An exciting opportunity has become available for a full-time Scheduling Coordinator to join our friendly team near Devizes.

This is an office based role where you will be responsible for creating, maintaining and communicating all scheduling activities associated with service delivery, customer dispatch and projects.

- Ability to focus and prioritise within a fast paced and interruption prone environment
- Positive approach to adaptable situations - using skill, initiative and experience
- Ability to effectively prioritise and deliver to deadlines when required
- Good general IT skills - Microsoft Office suite, Internet and data entry with ability to adopt new systems as they are introduced

**The must haves**
- Full UK driving licence

**What will your role as a Scheduling Coordinator look like?**
- Create and accurately maintain schedules for all service and project activities
- Create and accurately maintain database records for all scheduled activities
- Visit warehouse dispatch and coordinate collections and deliveries between destinations
- Identify and promote the most effective and efficient methods for meeting business objectives
- Use multiple communication methods to proactively engage and plan activities with customers and colleagues
- Help to champion a mutually beneficial and positive business relationship with customers and colleagues
- Provide input and feedback for all identified continual improvement suggestions and opportunities

**What can Oakford give to you?**
