**About The Role**
- We are looking for a highly driven and organised Marketing Executive to build the presence of our Bakeries and to collaborate and report to the Head of Marketing. You will be responsible for implementing and supporting the digital and social media strategy to bring fresh, new, and dynamic designs for content and partnerships. You will be working for two amazing brands
**Chestnut Bakery** and
**The Lebanese Bakery.**

**You will also be responsible for**:

- Generate content including photography, video, and creation of marketing collateral
- Schedule content and monitor the platform's Influencer outreach.
- Update menus with new menus. Create promotions when applicable
- Updates (content/imagery/shop)
- Manage Google My Business and any other relevant site listings
- Execute the agreed annual calendar for the brand, including local promotions, NPD, and brand activations
- Devise and execute local marketing plans for individual sites based on their local opportunities.
- Create a local marketing toolkit with promotional materials and relevant offers (sampling, gifting, discounts, etc)
- Book and attend, where applicable, community events to promote the brand.
- Manage the ordering of all in-house marketing materials including labels, signage, and point of sale. Ensure all sites are following marketing standards
- Work with the Head of Marketing to create retail planograms and help operations ensure these are being followed.
- Manage marketing cascades and briefs to the operations team for all new products and campaigns
- Communicate news and offers to community contacts and Internal Newsletter
- Guest survey and conduct market research
- Manage the printed collateral and materials
- Track, evaluate, and review marketing performance and ROI
- Conduct weekly reporting and analysis for insights into the market and competitor

**What You Need To Succeed**
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar marketing role
- Strong social media management of a range of channels
- Proven experience with creating engaging content and copywriting
- Experience with design software such as Canva, and Adobe Creative Suites
- Digital and Analytical Skills are desirable
