**Property Administrator - Bromley - £20,000 to £25,000 dependant on experience**
My client, a bespoke Block Management firm based in Bromley, are currently seeking a career focused Administrator to join their team.
This is a great opportunity for a career driven individual to join an ambitious company with long term plans for growth and success.
**Duties**:
- First point of contact for incoming calls and enquiries
- Administration support to Property Management team and wider office
- General office management and upkeep
- Issuing keys and fobs for properties
**Skills and Experience Required**:
- Previous experience within Administration (property experience, desirable but not essential)
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Good telephone manner
- Highly organised
- A good understanding of Microsoft office packages
**Package**:
- £20,000 to £25,000 dependant on experience
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays, increasing by 1 day per completed year of service up to a max of 30 days
- Private healthcare after 6 months
- Petrol/travel allowance to cover commuting costs at least partially
- Bonus for excellent customer service and reviews received
- Opportunity to progress into a Property Management role
- In-house training
**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
