**Job Title**: Part-Time Hotel and Property Maintenance Administrator
**Location**: Bromley, BR1 3JP
**Hours**: 15-20 hours per week (flexible working days and hours)

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage daily administrative and financial operations of the hotels and order supplies for both hotel and properties.
- Prepare, issue, and reconcile **invoices** for guests, suppliers, and partners.
- Maintain accurate financial records using **Excel** and accounting software.
- Assist with **budget tracking**, **expense monitoring**, and **basic accounting tasks**.
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and corporate clients to **negotiate rates and contracts**.
- Support management with reports, occupancy summaries, and cost analyses.
- Maintain and update operational spreadsheets and booking systems.
- Provide general administrative support to the management team.

**Key Skills & Attributes**
- Strong **commercial awareness** and ability to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Excellent **numerical accuracy** and **attention to detail**.
- Good **negotiation** and **communication** skills.
- Proficient in **Microsoft Excel** and general computer use.
- Experience in **invoicing** and **basic to intermediate accounting**.
- Organised, reliable, and able to manage time effectively.
- Professional and positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

**Essential Experience**
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in an **administrative**, **accounts**, or **hotel operations** role.
- Proven experience handling **invoices, spreadsheets, and financial records**.
- Familiarity with **hospitality or property management** is essential.
